How to Order

SHIPPING & ORDERING INFORMATION

To assure correct shipments, please designate catalog number, quantity, size, and item description. Always indicate required delivery date for living/perishable items.

PRICES

Prices are accurate at the time of catalog publication and subject to change without notice. Shipped orders under $25.00, will be assessed a $5.00 small order service charge.

TERMS

KLM BioScientific offers terms of 30 days net to customers with established credit. Invoices not paid net 30 will be charged a 1-1/2 percent service charge, not less than 50 cents per month.

TRANSPORTATION

Shipments are made by UPS and US Postal Service. Orders are forwarded with consideration for the nature of the material, delivery time, destination, and shipping costs.

DELIVERY

Most items are stocked for prompt shipment. Please include delivery dates when necessary, otherwise orders will be shipped immediately. When you material arrives, unpack all cartons carefully and check the contents against the packing slip. In the case of visible or concealed damage, retain the packing material and broken pieces in their original containers. Request and inspection by the freight agent and send his report directly to KLM BioScientific. In most cases satisfactory adjustments will be made immediately. When circumstances dictate that materials be returned for adjustment, repair, or replacement, please contact us first and we will supply the necessary information to assure correct handling. Please do not return merchandise without prior notification to our Customer Service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If possible, please call ahead for office pick-ups. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm. Orders placed after 1:00pm and needing to be shipped that day, will be subject to an additional “emergency order charge” of $10.00 plus regular shipping charge. Orders may be placed by Phone or Fax. Please furnish a purchase order number, shipping and billing addresses, and the name of an authorized purchaser.
